Terms and Conditions


The following general Terms and Conditions apply to all tour products of Allplace Travel, and therefore your purchase of any tour products from Allplace travel shall constitute a contractual agreement to the Terms and Conditions listed below. Before making any reservation, please make sure you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.


  1. List Prices and Currency

All prices are per person based on double occupancy. Prices listed on advertisements and on our website are in Canadian dollars and based on rates in effect at the time of publishing, and are subject to change without notice, due to various reasons out of control of Allplace travel, including, but not limited to, aviation fuel surcharge, government taxes, and exchange rate fluctuation. It is the responsibility of clients to consult our travel agents at 587-393-1268 or check our website at www.allplacetravel.com for most current prices on a regular basis.


  1. What the tour price includes?

*International flight economy class

*Hotel accommodations

*Local economy class air and ground transportation

* Yangtze cruise fee

*Airport transfers on arrival and exit if the dates correspond with tour schedule

*Guided sightseeing and entrance fees per itinerary

*Performance shows as listed

*Daily meals as specified

*English-speaking guides throughout tour

*Service of a tour leader for groups with 10 or more participants


  1. What the tour price excludes?

* Visa charge

* Travel insurance

* Postal fee

* Tips for tour guide and driver (Total CAD10.00 per day per participant)

* Yangtze Cruise optional shore excursions

* Hongkong optional one day tour (8 hours tour + one dim-sum=CAD168.00)

* Any item or service not specified as included per itinerary


  1. Payment Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of CAD$300 per person is required at reservation. This deposit is neither refundable, nor transferable under any circumstances, the forms of payment for deposit are cheque, cash, e-transfer, money order or credit card.

Final payment is due 90 days prior to your tour departure date. Please pay by direct deposit (company void cheque will be provided), cash, cheque, money order, e-transfer or credit card with 3% service fee (for credit card company).

All reservations to be made less than 90 days before departure will require full payment by direct deposit, certified check, cash or or credit card with 3% service fee immediately. Other additional charges to air tickets, hotels and transportation may apply.


  1. Change and Cancellation

Any change and cancellation request, you must make the request by email or postal mail. The cancellation penalty will be assessed as follows on receipt of your request in writing:

*90 days prior to departure: you lost deposit & international air ticket fare (if ticket has been issued)

*89-61 days prior to departure: you lost 50% of total payment (excluding deposit & international air ticket fare)

*61-41 days prior to departure: you lost 70% of total payment (excluding deposit & international air ticket fare)

*40 days or less: 100% nonrefundable for total payment

If you want to change tours:

31 days prior to departure: Allplace travel will help you change to another tour. You have to pay CAD$50.00 change penalty, air ticket penalty and fare difference which can only be assessed at the time of change, Cruise change penalty, and other unexpected costs.


  1. For All Double Occupancy Reservations

if you cancel your travel after reservation, besides clauses above, extra 50% of the single room difference will apply to help your roommate keep his/her reservation. If your roommate cancels his/her trip, you will need to pay 50% (plus other 50% from your roommate) of single room difference if we are not able to find you a new roommate.


  1. Changes by Allplace Travel

Allplace Travel reserves the right to make substitutions with services or products, such as flight, hotel, cruise, train, of equal standard and quality. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. Even after your booking confirmation, we may have to make changes to your tour arrangement, such as the sequence of attractions or removal of some attractions, due to unforeseeable reasons out of control, including, but not limited to, weather, traffic, flight schedule changes, and force majeure. Most adjustments will be minor and have little impact on your overall tour arrangement and we will do our best to inform you of such changes in advance.


  1. Refusal of Carriage

Allplace travel and local tour operators reserve the right to remove customers from our group for the reasons that impact on the enjoyment or safety of other group members, including, but not limited to, the physical, medical or mental inability of customers to undertake the arrangements of the tours, unsocial or unruly behavior, or the carriage of prohibited substances or materials.


  1. Our Responsibilities

Allplace Travel and local tour and service providers make every effort and in the utmost good faith to ensure that tours will be carried out properly and safely per confirmed itineraries. However, we shall assume no responsibilities or liabilities for any changes, losses, damages, illness, injuries, deaths resulting directly or indirectly from the situations out of our control, including, but not limited to, weather, traffic, flight schedule changes, government constraints, civil unrest, and other force majeure.

Asia countries may be very different from North America from food, traditions, culture, to social and living conditions. We and local tour and service providers will take reasonable measures to make you be aware of and enjoy those differences. However, we shall assume no responsibilities or liabilities for any inconvenience, disappointment, loss of enjoyment, frustration, or upset, either mental or physical, owing to those differences.


  1. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing us with correct, complete and accurate information regarding personal details. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in irrecoverable loss.

If you have made independent travel arrangements, you accept responsibility for joining our tour on time. We are not able to refund monies paid to us, or any third party acting on our or your behalf, or make compensation where, for whatever reason, you miss any part of our tour or fail to use any other travel arrangements made by us.

When you book arrangements with us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and your party. If your actions or omissions cause damage to any property in the provision of the contracted arrangements, or cause delay or diversion to any flight or other means of transportation, you agree to pay any charges incurred. You agree to abide by the authority of the tour leader, local guides and our local agents. Conduct or behavior causing danger, distress or annoyance to others may lead to the client’s removal from our tour with all expenses to be borne by the client.


  1. Airlines and Baggage

Allplace Travel acts only as agent for airlines (international or domestic in destination countries) who have the sole control of control over the flights. We shall assume no responsibilities for any delays, changes or cancellations of flights, as well as losses, damages, extra costs may incur.

Air carriers have individual rules and regulations with respect to baggage weight, size and number. it is customer’s responsibility to contact airline or consult airline’s website for detailed information prior to departure. Baggage is at owner’s full responsibility through out the tour, and we assume no liabilities for loss of or damage to baggage or delay of baggage in transit. Due to bus space limitations and for your travel convenience, we strongly recommend one check-in baggage and one small hand-carry item per person.


  1. Your Privacy

We operate in full compliance with federal and provincial privacy legislation. We reserve the right to photograph and film group activities and use the resulting materials for promotional purposes. However, we will not identify the participants. If you prefer not to have your image used for such purposes, please mention this on your reservation form and also remind the tour leader and local guides on arrival.
